look like cloudy eye to me.. Cos its inside
and below the black eye ball area. Pls help.

Read up on this thread to know the causes. Treatement is quite simple, do 20% wc every 3days adding salt each time. Do not add salt directly but mix with abucket of warm water first. If u have heater will be better, set it to 30 degrees. Make sure to increase aeration as oxygen levels will drop due to salt and warmer water.
After this make sure u keep an extra eye on ph,nitrate levels.
